Modern Properties was looking to establish their company’s expertise as a business consultant. The challenge was to position them as an entity that connects capital investors with ideators, adds value with their expertise and thereby helps them both multiply their success.
Taking the cue from the well-founded nature of the number of ZERO and its ability to add infinite value to whatever number it is paired with, the concept was devised where the brand was positioned as "Zero" denoting its versatility and ability to both create and multiply value for others. This way, the brands capability of making a difference to businesses through their consultancy expertise was established.
